Project - Scottish Canals

The Sheffield team were delighted to assist the Scottish Canals in the renewal of their pontoon and jettie decking with the supply of 22mm Mini-Mesh in sand colour. This has been used to replace deteriorating hardwood timber decking along the surface of the pontoons and jetties that had become rotten and slippery over time.

Because of its excellent corrosion resistance and anti-slip qualities, this composite product has been widely used for many years in waterways and marina environments. It is a proven solution for walkway surfaces on pontoons and jetties, especially due to its excellent corrosion resistance.
