Classic Duty Knee Rails FAQs

What is a plastic barrier used for?

Plastic barriers have a number of uses, such as fences for privacy or security, or road- or path-side barriers to direct pedestrian or other traffic.

How are recycled plastic barriers made?

Recycled plastic barriers are made using a relatively simple process. Pre-used plastic items are collected and separated by grade. Any remaining debris in or among the plastic is removed before the items are cleaned and sterilised. Next, the items are shredded and melted to form pellets. From there, the pellets are melted down and moulded to form durable plastic barriers.

How are recycled plastic barriers used?

Depending on the product and application, you can bury or concrete recycled plastic barriers into the ground. If you’re constructing knee rails, you would then attach the posts or crossbars to the V-shaped posts using our single galvanised strips.

What are recycled plastic barriers typically used for?

Recycled plastic barriers are typically used for privacy, security, barriers to direct traffic, crowd control, and to demarcate or separate different areas in domestic, recreational, agricultural, commercial, and other settings.
