Class A MetalPad - EX with Self-levelling Head

The MetalPad Ex Pedestal is a Class A fire-rated, fully adjustable support system designed for exterior suspended decking and paving on high-rise balconies, terraces, and flat roofs. Built for durability in external environments, its steel and aluminum components are protected by a Zintec 200 anti-corrosion coating. Free from plastic and rubber, the pedestal meets BS EN 13501-1:2018 and EC Decision 94/611/EC standards and has undergone independent fire testing by Warrington Fire. Offering precise millimeter-level leveling and a substantial load capacity of 49.86kN (approximately 5,080kg), it is compatible with various accessories for creating Class A compliant substructures. For installations on sloping surfaces, specialized self-levelling/slope corrector headpieces are available for the MetalPad EX range. These headpieces securely connect and provide up to 5? of slope correction in all directions, ensuring a level surface for tiles or slabs. The lugged design maintains secure placement, and the ability to invert the headpiece allows compatibility with a range of aluminium rails.
